AAJA/NBC Summer Internship open

Journalism students can apply for a paid summer internship in New York.

NBC Universal, in partnership with the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA), offers four summer internships with some of the network’s top programs and channels.

Each intern will also connect with a professional journalist mentor through the AAJA Broadcast Mentoring Program.

Interns work full time. A US$2,000 housing stipend is available to candidates who live outside a 50 mile radius of the NBC Tri-State area offices.

AAJA student membership is encouraged for all applicants and required for the selected partnership recipients.

The deadline is Feb. 19.
